The 'Barrow Fencing & Garden Buildings' workshop is located in the original premises formally established by "Barrowmore Industries", which closed in 2006. Our trained and qualified staff who originally worked for Barrowmore Industries, construct and erect quality summerhouses, garden sheds, fence panels and trellis to the same high standard and design as formally produced by Barrowmore Industries. 'Barrow Fencing & Garden Buildings Ltd' whilst an independent company supports disabled employment and manufactures buildings to the high standards previously set by Barrowmore industries.

All buildings are constructed from a 15mm 'Loglap', tongue & groove, tanalised timber' throughout. *Tanalised timber is guaranteed against rot for twenty years* The timber has a rounded profile and is stronger than standard shiplap. 'Loglap' timber creates a log cabin look in any garden shed, this is pleasing if your building is visible from your home. Our sectional construction system allows us to build 'none-standard' buildings to suit your requirements (subject to our approval), please enquire for details.

We offer the following as optional extras:-

  • Guttering
  • Pre delivery painting or weather protection service
  • Reduced size windows
  • High specification hasp, staple and padlock
  • Steel mesh window protection
  • 4mm float glass
  • Toughened safety glass

Buildings can be insulated, lined and wired with mains electricity (at your arrangement). We also recommend that buildings be treated on a regular basis with a spirit based waterproofing treatment, to keep the building weather proof and extend its life.
